6.8.2 Outputting definitions to PDF files in map format

The following describes how to output jobnet definitions to a PDF file in map format.

Notes:
  • An error occurs if you attempt to perform map PDF output in an environment without Microsoft Excel 2010 or later installed.

  • In Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Vista, if you specify a subfolder of an installation folder such as C:\Program Files as the output destination for the PDF file, the file is redirected to a virtual folder.

  • If the jobnet definition contains a large number of jobs, the system might take a long time to convert the information to a PDF file. In this situation, consider splitting the data across two or more files.

  1. In the unit tree in the Job Operation Document Output window, select the jobnet whose definition information you want to print.

  2. From the File menu, choose Map PDF Output.

The Map PDF Output window appears.
