4.2.1 Displaying the Collecting Job Operation Information window from the Start menu

To display the Collecting Job Operation Information window from the Windows Start menu:

  1. From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs, JP1_Automatic Job Management System 3 - Print Option Manager License, and then Collecting Job Operation Information.

    The Collecting Job Operation Information window appears. Figure 4-3 shows an example of information entered in the Collecting Job Operation Information window. For a description of the window items and the values you can specify, see 7.2 Collecting Job Operation Information window.

  2. In the Collecting Job Operation Information window, enter the criteria (collection target, collection period, and other parameters) for the information you want to collect, and the file to which to output the information.

  3. Click Output.

    A job operation information file is created at the specified location. The Output button becomes available when information has been entered in the Unit name and Job operation information output file name fields.
