3.3.2 Uninstallation (in UNIX)

This section describes how to uninstall JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License from a UNIX host.

1. Quit all programs.

   Quit all programs before uninstalling JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License.

2. Run the Hitachi Program Product Installer.

   Uninstall JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License as prompted by the Hitachi Program Product Installer.

   For details on how to use the Hitachi Program Product Installer, see 3.2.1(3) Deleting JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License.

3. Confirm that the files have been deleted.

   After uninstalling JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License, check whether the following directory has been deleted. Delete the directory if it still exists.

   /opt/jp1ajs2pom
