If the version of JP1/AJS2 - Manager or JP1/AJS3 - Manager in your system differs from that of JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License, the range of information you can collect is restricted to the information supported by whichever product has an older version installed. If there is no version of JP1/AJS2 - Print Option Manager License or JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License that is equivalent to the version of JP1/AJS2 - Manager or JP1/AJS3 - Manager you are using, the range of information you can collect is restricted to the information supported by the last version where both products have equivalent version numbers.

Example:

If you are using JP1/AJS2 - Manager 07-11 and JP1/AJS3 - Print Option Manager License 09-00 together, because there is no JP1/AJS2 - Print Option Manager License 07-11, the range of information you can collect is restricted to the information supported by JP1/AJS2 - Print Option Manager License 07-10, the last version where both products have equivalent version numbers.

In Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2, this program requires Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 64-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 64-bit), or Microsoft Office 2007 (Microsoft Excel 2007).

In Windows 8, Windows Server 2012 (not including Windows Server 2012 R2), Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2, this program requires Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 64-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 64-bit), Microsoft Office 2007 (Microsoft Excel 2007), or Microsoft Office 2003 (Microsoft Excel 2003).

In Windows Server 2008 (not including Windows Server 2008 R2) and Windows Vista, this program requires Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 64-bit ), Microsoft Office 2007 (Microsoft Excel 2007), or Microsoft Office 2003 (Microsoft Excel 2003).

In Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP, this program requires Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2007 (Microsoft Excel 2007), Microsoft Office 2003 (Microsoft Excel 2003) or Microsoft Office XP (Microsoft Excel 2002).

To output documents in map and flow format to a PDF file requires Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 64-bit), Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32-bit), or Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 64-bit).

JP1/AJS3 - Print Option is not compatible with Microsoft Office 2013 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 32-bit), Microsoft Office 2013 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2013 64-bit), or Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 64-bit) in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP environments. In these environments, use Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit (Microsoft Excel 2010 32 bit) instead.
