(O): Check whether the KAVS2128-E message was output to the Windows event log (in Windows) or syslog (in UNIX). If the KAVS2128-E message was output, setup of the scheduler service has failed, in which case take the corrective action suggested in the message. If this message was output after the setup of the scheduler service terminated normally, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
