The probable causes are as follows. Check the environment settings:

• The user does not have read permission for the files in /opt/jp1ajs2/lib/nls.

  Grant read permission to the user.

• The number of open files in the system has reached the limit.

  Review the kernel parameters.

• Temporary memory shortage

  Retry, or end unnecessary processes and then retry.

• The directory or file has been deleted.

  Re-install the directory or file.

If you are unable to solve the problem, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
