The probable causes are:

The target JP1 user has been deleted.

The current password is different from the password registered on the authentication server at the connection destination.

The JP1 user whose password was to be changed is a linkage user.

Confirm the following, and then attempt to change the password again:

The target JP1 user has been registered on the authentication server at the connection destination.

The current password matches the password registered in the authentication server at the connection destination.

The target JP1 user is not a linkage user.
