An attempt to read the properties of one or more custom jobs failed. One or more registered custom jobs cannot be used.

An error occurred during input to a file.

In the Jobnet Editor window, custom job icons for some or all of the registered custom jobs are not displayed. As a result, a new custom job cannot be created and existing custom jobs cannot be edited.

The location of the custom job registration information folder is as follows:

For Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Hitachi\JP1\JP1_DEFAULT\JP1AJS2V\custom.dir

The default for %ALLUSERSPROFILE% is system-drive\ProgramData.

For Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP Professional

JP1/AJS3 - View-installation-folder\custom.dir

Ignores the custom job registration information and continues processing.

(O)

Correct the cause of the error, and then restart JP1/AJS3 - View.

If you cannot correct the error, the custom job registration information might have been corrupted.

Delete all the following files in the custom job registration information folder, and then register all custom jobs again:

  • type_map.txt

  • *.CJI
