Either wait for an executing job to end before issuing another request, or check the queue definition information and adjust the maximum number of jobs allowed in the queue.

To check the number of jobs registered in the queue, which is the sum of the QUEUING and EXECUTING values, use the -q or -ah option in the jpqqueshow command. Also, to change the maximum number of jobs allowed in the queue, you can use the jpqquealt command. For details about these commands, see 3.
