Also use the integrated trace logs for the manager host and agent host to check whether a KAVUxxxx message for this job was output. If it was output, also see the explanation of that message. If no KAVU message was output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator. Data must be collected on both the manager host and the agent host.
