The probable causes are:

The destination domain section contains an error.

TO information is not specified for the destination.

The mail server is not running.

The authentication method defined in the profile contains an error.

Memory is insufficient.

A timeout occurred during processing of the email sending job.

Check the following, and then re-execute the job:

Check whether the destination domain section is correct.

Check whether TO information is specified for the destination.

Check whether the mail server is running.
-
Check whether the authentication method set on the mail server is the same as the authentication method defined in the profile.

Check whether memory is sufficient.
-
Check whether the timeout value specified for the EmbeddedMailTimeout environment setting parameter is appropriate.
