The probable causes are below. Take action according to the cause of the error.
- Cause 1

The JP1/AJS3 service was started while the JP1/AJS3 Database service was being stopped.
- Action
-
If you are performing JP1/AJS3 Database service operations manually, stop the JP1/AJS3 Database service, and then start the JP1/AJS3 service.
If the embedded database is being stopped, start the JP1/AJS3 service after you confirm that the embedded database has stopped.
- Cause 2

The JP1/AJS3 Database service was stopped while the JP1/AJS3 service was being started.
- Action
-
Do not perform JP1/AJS3 Database service operations or start or stop the embedded database while the JP1/AJS3 service is being started.
Stop the JP1/AJS3 Database service or embedded database, and then start the JP1/AJS3 service.
- Cause 3
-
The embedded database was forced to terminate while the JP1/AJS3 service was being started.
- Action

- Cause 4

The JP1/AJS3 Database service was started while the JP1/AJS3 service was being stopped.
- Action

Do not start the JP1/AJS3 Database service while the JP1/AJS3 service is being stopped.
If the JP1/AJS3 Database service or embedded database was not stopped by stopping the JP1/AJS3 service, stop it separately.
- Cause 5

The JP1/AJS3 Database service was stopped while the JP1/AJS3 service was running.
- Action

Do not perform JP1/AJS3 Database service operations while the JP1/AJS3 service is running.
If the JP1/AJS3 service terminated abnormally, restart it.
If some JP1/AJS3 service processes have started, stop the JP1/AJS3 service, and then restart it.
- Cause 6

An error occurred in the embedded database while the JP1/AJS3 service was being started, being stopped, or while it was running.

Take action as described in 2.8 Troubleshooting problems related to the embedded database in the manual Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Troubleshooting.
If you cannot correct the problem, collect data and then contact the system administrator (see 1.2.3 To the system administrators).
