Job Management Partner 1 Version 10 Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Messages 1

KAVS1884-E

The OS user (user-name) was not found in the passwd file.

The OS user who attempted to execute the job was not registered in the passwd file (/etc/passwd).

(S)

Places the queueless job into Failed to start status.

(O)

Make sure that the OS user mapped to the JP1 user exists, and then re-execute the queueless job that resulted in the error.

This message is sometimes output if you register, delete, or change the password of an OS user while a job is starting or finishing. In this scenario, re-execute the job after the OS user registration, deletion, or password change operation has concluded.

You can avoid this problem altogether by setting the AJSQL_GETPASSWD_FTPRETRYINTERVAL or AJSQL_GETPASSWD_AGTRETRYINTERVAL environment setting parameter. For details, see 15.2.20 Changing the settings for retries when user information is acquired in the Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide 1.
