If nothing is indicated in host-name, the physical host name was specified.

Check whether the estimated value of the MAXSESSION environment setting parameter is correct. If necessary, change the value. For details on the environment setting parameter, see 2.2 Setting up the scheduler service environment in the Job Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide 2.
If the estimate is correct, wait until other connections have ended, and then try to establish the connection again.
