The system cannot display the status because the JP1/Base settings on the monitoring destination host disable communication with the host name or IP address that was specified in the Define Details dialog box as the name of the host to be monitored, and thus connection cannot be made.

Check whether the JP1/Base settings on the monitoring destination host specify the IP binding method for the binding method on the receiving side for physical hosts. If the IP binding method is set, specify the IP address assigned to the name of the host to be monitored in the Define Details dialog box, or specify a host name that can be associated with the IP address.
