The system cannot display the status because JP1/AJS3 Console Manager at the connection destination cannot connect to the monitored host or to the JP1/AJS3 Console Agent host on the monitored host. The probable causes are:

• The JP1/AJS3 Console Agent service on the monitoring destination host has not started.

• The definitions of the port number (jp1ajs2ca) do not match between the connection destination and the monitoring destination.

• The host at the monitoring destination has not started.

• The connection destination host and the monitoring destination host are in a state that prevents a network connection.

• If a firewall is provided between the connection destination host and the monitoring destination host, it has not been set to allow the access.
