Log out from JP1/AJS3 Console View. Then change the character set settings in a running JP1/AJS3 Console Manager at the connection destination, and check whether the data before you made changes still remains.
Even if this message is not displayed, take the above actions if data displayed by JP1/AJS3 Console View contains character errors.
