The background cannot be displayed because the background image file ((file-name)) cannot be accessed.
This message indicates that the background is not displayed because the background image file could not be accessed when the Preview button was clicked in the Background Settings dialog box.

Check whether file-name exists and what the required access permission is. If no parent directory exists for the background image file, create a directory to store that file.
