If HNTR_Initialize Failure is shown in maintenance-information, no message is output to the integrated trace log.

Check whether resources are insufficient. Also check the running status of Hitachi Network Objectplaza Trace Monitor.

In UNIX, see Release Notes, and check the following items in the kernel parameters:

Maximum number of files allowed to be open for a process or system
Maximum number of file descriptors allowed (a limit value related to the file system)
