15.3.56 Monitoring Unit Select dialog box
The Monitoring Unit Select dialog box allows you to select the jobnets to be monitored in the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Summary Monitor window) or the displays sequence of the jobnets. The following figure shows the Monitoring Unit Select dialog box.

The following explains the displayed items.
- Selectable units

Displays the units and scheduler services you can select as monitoring targets in a hierarchical format. A maximum of 20 scheduler services can be displayed. The following types of units are displayed here:

Job group#1, #2

Planning group
-
Root jobnet
-
Root remote jobnet

Includes the job groups that are automatically generated on the execution target host of a remote jobnet.
- #2

Job groups themselves cannot be specified as monitoring targets. When you select a job group in Selectable units and click the Add button, the jobnets and planning job groups under the selected job group appear in Monitored units.

- Monitored units
-
Lists the units that can be monitored from the JP1/AJS3 - View window (Summary Monitor window). A unit is displayed in the following format in this section:
unit-name [scheduler-service-name:upper-unit-full-name]
- Add button
-
Moves the unit selected in Units that can be selected to Monitored units.
- Delete button
-
Deletes a unit selected in Monitored units. Once a unit is deleted from this section, that unit is not monitored.
- Up button
-
Moves the unit selected in Monitored units one line above.
- Down button
-
Moves the unit selected in Monitored units one line down.
- Cautionary note
-
The list of units displayed in the Monitored units area is saved when you close the JP1/AJS3 - View window, not when you click the OK button in the Monitoring Unit Select dialog box. The saved list is retrieved the next time you open the JP1/AJS3 - View window.
