3.1 Backing up and recovering methods
The following two methods can be used to recover a database if an error occurs:

Recover the database without using the system log.
Use backup files created at any previous point (while JP1/AJS3 was not running) to recover the database.

Recover the database by using the unload log file.
Use backup files and the unload log file to recover the database.
