6.6 Permissions view

Use the Permissions view to manage permissions.

To display the Permissions view, select the Permissions menu in the Users and Permissions window.

The following items are displayed in this view:

Registered Items

The registration status regarding permissions is displayed here.

Total Registered Applications: The number of granted permissions is displayed.

Total Registered Users: The number of users registered to permissions is displayed. If external authentication linkage is enabled, the total number of registered users and groups is displayed here. This, however, does not include JP1 users or JP1 resource groups registered in JP1/Base.

Application List

A list of permissions is displayed here. If you click the title of a display item, the data will be sorted in ascending order or in descending order.

Display item	Description
Application	Displays the name of each permission. If you click `permission-name` when external authentication linkage is disabled, the Authorized User List view is displayed for the selected permission. When external authentication linkage is enabled, the Authorized User and Group List view is displayed for the selected permission.
Host Name/IP Address	Displays the host name or the IP address.
Number of Authorized User	Displays the number of users to whom each permission is granted. If external authentication linkage is enabled, the total number of users and groups to which each permission is granted is displayed here. This, however, does not include JP1 users or JP1 resource groups registered in JP1/Base.
