An attempt to call RMI failed for one of the following reasons:

A network failure occurred.

RMI server has not started.

Remote object has not been registered.

Suspends processing.

Restart the ITSLM - Manager or ITSLM - UR service. If this does not resolve the problem, contact a system administrator.
