  Determine whether the JP1/IM - Manager DB Cluster Service and JP1/IM - Manager DB Server of the IM database service are registered. If they are registered, stop the service, and then re-execute the command. If they are not registered, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• In UNIX:

  Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
