Make sure that the JP1 user has one of the following JP1 permission levels for the JP1_Console resource group:
JP1_CF_Admin, JP1_CF_Manager, JP1_CF_User, JP1_Console_Admin, JP1_Console_Operator, JP1_Console_User, JP1_CM_Admin, JP1_CM_Manager, and JP1_CM_InfraManager
Release the update permission for the host, and then retry the operation.
