Stops application of the business groups.

O:

Check the following items:

  • Execute the jimdbstatus command to make sure that the IM database service is running. If the IM database service is not running, start it.

  • Check whether an error message was output to the integrated trace log of the manager.

    If an error message was output, take the corrective action given for that message.

If the problem cannot be solved by checking the above items, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
