S:

If the error occurs during switching of the event acquisition filter, the system continues processing using the event acquisition filter prior to switching.

If event generation function is running, the system continues processing with no definition specified for the event acquisition filter.

O:

When A file I/O error occurred. is displayed, check the OS log and make sure that resources have not become insufficient.

If resources are sufficient, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
