A function abnormality was detected. The possible causes are as follows.

The server or network is in high load status.

Determine whether the server or network is in high load status.
If the load is high, take the following corrective actions.
- In Windows:

For the evtcon, evgen, and jcdmain processes, execute the jcogencore command to output a dump for any function for which an abnormality was detected.
After a dump is output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
After executing the jcogencore command, restart JP1/IM - Manager.
For the evflow and jcamain processes, no dump can be output. Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
- In UNIX:

Execute the jcogencore command to output a dump for any function for which an abnormality was detected. Functions (processes) for which a dump was output will stop.
After a dump is output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
After executing the jcogencore command, restart JP1/IM - Manager.
