Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager or execute the jco_spmd_reload command to reload JP1/IM - Manager.

• Check whether the severity change definition file exists. If the file does not exist, create the file.

• Check whether there is read permission for the severity change definition file. If there is no read permission, set read permisson for the file.
