In the Event-Information Mapping Definitions window, reconfigure the event information mapping definitions.
Also check the following items:

Is sufficient disk space allocated?

Is sufficient system physical memory and virtual memory allocated?

Does a file with the same name, not a folder (directory), exist in the paths below?

Is access permission set for any of the folders (directories) in the paths below?

If the problem cannot be resolved, check the following OS log items to determine if a shortage occurred with OS resources such as file descriptors.

If a resource shortage did not occur, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
