If the error occurs during reading of the file for each JP1 user, the system reads the default file. If the error occurs during reading of the default file, the system uses the default setting of the system and continues processing.

O:

Determine whether the file system is normal. If it is normal, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
