Check the following items depending on the reason that is displayed:

• The port number is invalid.

  Check the specified port number.

• Fail to connect JP1/Base.

  An attempt to connect to JP1/Base of the connected server failed. JP1/Base of the connected server may not be running. Check the connected server status. Also, a communication error may have occurred. Check the status of the connection with the server.

• Connection has timed out.

  A time-out occurred due to a high load on the server or network. Wait awhile, and then retry the operation.

• There is a bad response from the server.

• Socket error occurred.

• Connection has failed.

  A communication error occurred. Check the status of the connection with the server.

• Reasons other than the above

  Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
