Key information managed in the key file that corresponds to the key item name (xx...x) and key information for the records in the data file do not match. Alternatively, the data file contains a record that has an invalid format.
yy...y is the number of extractable records as a result of verification of the key file.
zz...z is the number of data records registered in the definition file.
aa...a is the ISAM file name.
