The probable causes are as follows. Check the environment.

  • The user may not have read permission for the files under /opt/jp1base/lib/nls. Grant the user read permission.

  • The maximum number of files that can be opened in the system may have been reached. Check and, if necessary, revise the kernel parameter.

  • A temporary memory shortage may have occurred. Re-execute the command, or terminate unnecessary processes.

  • The directories or files may have been deleted. Re-install them.

If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
