An attempt to initialize the log output has failed during startup of the process due to either of the following reasons:

• The common definition parameter was not found or was incorrect.

• Too many processes were being executed simultaneously.

Does not output a log, but continues processing of command execution control.

(O)

Check the following. If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

• Use the jcocmdshow command to check the commands currently being executed, and then use the jcocmddel command to delete insignificant commands.
