Make sure that one of the following log folders or log directories exists.

• In Windows XP and Windows Server 2003:

  Physical host: installation-folder\log\plugin\

  Logical host: shared-folder\jp1base\log\plugin\

• In Windows Vista:

  Physical host: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Hitachi\jp1\jp1_default\JP1Base\log\plugin\

  Logical host: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Hitachi\jp1\logical-host-name^#\JP1Base\log\plugin\

  #: logical-host-name is the actual host name.

• In UNIX:

  Physical host: /var/opt/jp1base/log/plugin/

  Logical host: shared-directory/jp1base/log/plugin/

If these log folders or log directories exist, make sure that the system has sufficient memory. If you did not find any problems, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
