On the execution host, check whether:

• JP1/Base is Version 8 or later.

• The modules for Version 8 or later are installed and active, if JP1/Base is Version 7.

• A connection can be established with the execution host.

• Both the local host and the execution host use the same IP address version (IPv4 or IPv6).

• An error message KAVA6xxx-E has been output to the integrated trace log.

If the error persists, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
