There is no permission to read a value from the common definition information.

(S): If an error occurred during acquisition of the SVNAME value from the common definition information, the system terminates command processing. If an attempt to acquire any other value from the common definition information failed, the system uses the default to continue processing.
(O): The common definition information may contain incorrect settings. Check the settings.
