(S): Terminates command processing.
(O): Re-create the action definition file by using the language specified in the Language for non-Unicode programs section on the Advanced page in the dialog box that is opened by double-clicking Regional and Language Options in the Windows Control Panel. Then, re-execute the jeveltreload command.
