Correct the invalid setting, and then re-execute the event log trap service.

If the action definition file was created using Unicode, this message might appear. Re-create the action definition file by using the language specified in the Language for non-Unicode programs section on the Advanced page in the dialog box that is opened by double-clicking Regional and Language Options in the Windows Control Panel. Then, restart the event log trapping service.
