Stop the already running event service, and then restart the event server. This message also appears when an attempt was made to start the event service during initialization of an event database by using the jevdbinit or jevdbmkrep command. In such a case, make sure that the jevdbinit or jevdbmkrep command has finished, and then start the event service.
