4.7 Preparing to collect information when a problem occurs (Windows only)
Prepare the supplied tool for collecting data in the event of a problem. When you execute this tool, it will collect all the information for fixing the problem.
In Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP, the data collection tool can collect crash dumps. To output crash dumps, you need to perform setup in advance. By performing the output setup, crash dumps can be collected by the data collection tool.
In Windows Server 2008 or later, specify the output of user dumps. However, because the data collection tool cannot collect user dumps, collect them with the data collected by the data collection tool if a problem occurs.
