  nnnnnn ：エラーコード「mm」の説明（日本語で出力されます）
  zzzzzzzz ：保守情報

  エラーによって終了しました。
  0xzz ：外部プログラムが返却したリターンコード（1バイト表示）
  0xcccccccc ：外部プログラムが返却したリターンコード（4バイト表示）

対処

終了した原因に対応して次の対処をしてください。

• 起動に失敗した場合
  外部プログラムのパス名が誤っていないか確認する。
  
• エラーによって終了した場合
  出力されたリターンコードを返却する条件を確認する。
  
• タイムアウトによって終了した場合
  監視時間の設定に誤りがないか確認する。また，外部プログラムが監視時間内に終了しない原因を確認する。
