2.8.2 How to store static files
Store static files in a web server by the methods described below. Note that a maximum of 200 folders and files can be stored in a folder.
-
Use the File Management/Registration window to store static files.
When the File Management/Registration menu item is displayed in the Operational Content Editing Window, the File Management/Registration window can be opened by the menu item. Using the File Management/Registration window, you can store static files in the web server of Navigation Platform.
The File Management/Registration window allows you to create folders to store static files. You can use the folders to categorize and manage static files by use.
-
Request the system administrator to store static files.
If the File Management/Registration menu item is not displayed in the Operational Content Editing Window, request the system administrator to store static files in the web server of Navigation Platform (or other web server). Request the system administrator also to inform you of the path name of the stored static files. When you are informed of the path name, specify the path name in the URL text box in the Attribute Settings window.
Use this method for storing multiple files at the same time (rather than the File Management/Registration window, which allows you to store only one file at the same time).
