The following describes the items in the Resource Settings window.

Organization of this subsection

(1) Check boxes

Select the check box for the JP1 resource group to be set for Operational Content. The Resource Settings window displays all the JP1 resource groups that can be set for Operational Content, but the JP1 resource groups that can be selected vary by the JP1 permission level of the current user.

When you are the Content Manager:

You can select only the JP1 resource groups in which you have been registered as the Content Manager.

When you are the Content Editor:

All the JP1 resource groups set for Operational Content are in the selected state and inactive.

(2) Text box and JP1 Resource Group list

In the text box, enter the name of the JP1 resource group to be set for Operational Content, and then click the Add button. You can delete any unnecessary JP1 resource groups displayed in the list by clicking their respective Delete buttons. The setting of the JP1 resource group for Operational Content is canceled.

(3) OK button

Clicking this button sets only the JP1 resource groups specified by selecting their check boxes (or displayed in the list for Operational Content), and then closes the Resource Settings window.

(4) Cancel button

Clicking this button closes the Resource Settings window without setting any JP1 resource groups for Operational Content.
