The web browser will sometimes fail to display an external Web site specified in an inline frame part. Whether an external Web site is displayed depends on how the Web site is configured.

Make sure that the Compatibility View button is disabled in your web browser. If you enable this button, the window contents might not be displayed correctly.

In some cases, a blank subwindow might be displayed from an Operational Content Editing Window. If this occurs, use the × button to close the blank browser window. If closing the subwindow does not unlock the Operational Content Editing Window, click the Yes button in the Close the subwindow to cancel the processing message box. message box.
