Set up the following environment variables:

 
PATH=Windows-directory;Windows-directory\System32

Note 1
The default Windows directories are as follows:
  • Windows 2000: C:\WINNT
  • Windows XP: C:\WINDOWS

Note 2
Set as system environment variables.
