An executed while activity exceeded the specified maximum loop count (loopLimit attribute). The maximum loop count is too small, or the evaluation formula of the conditional expression (condition attribute) for the while activity, or the path of the recursive element specified in the iteration list (iteratorLocation attribute) is incorrect.

Increase the maximum loop count for the while activity. Alternatively, check and, if necessary, revise the XPath expression specified in the conditional expression for the while activity, or the path of the recursive element specified in the iteration list. If the conditional expression or iteration list references a variable, also revise the other activities that affect the value of the variable, and the contents of referenced messages.
