Make sure that the following character sets match with the character set specified in the FTP command (OPTS UTF8 {ON|OFF}), or the character set specified in the FTP inbound adapter definition (server_charset):

• Character set for the transmission file name specified in the client
• Character set for the file list responding with the LIST and NLST commands
