The invocation of a service component was interrupted because a SOAP communication error was detected.

Cancels the service component call.

Check the message log file and eliminate the cause of the error. If the error was caused by any of the following operational problems, re-execute the processing:

• Make sure that the service component is running.
• Make sure that the correct service information was specified when the adapter was created.
• Check the message log file for an entry of SOAP error information.

If it is not associated with operations, collect the log and trace information, and then contact the maintenance personnel.
